Conditions for Returns:

1. Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Condition of Items: All items must be returned in new and unused condition. Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.

5. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.

6. Recommended Shipping Guidelines:

   • We recommend insuring the return package for its full value to protect against loss or damage during transit.
   • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented return of the item.

7. Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Exclusions:

This return policy does not cover the following:

• Items not purchased directly from Wildflower Toys.
• Items returned beyond the 7-day return period.
• Items that are not in original condition.
